Meet Gail

Hi, I’m Gail Seignious and I’m passionate about Renewing Wellness…as naturally as possible.

As I have grown in my wellness journey, I have had the opportunity to meet and talk with people from all walks of life, with many different lifestyles and just as many health issues.

Some are very healthy and are always hungry to take their wellness up another knotch…always eager to learn more and be healthier tomorrow than they are today.

Others are in the middle…they have some great information, and put it to good use to help themselves and others, some of the time…but life is busy and there are only so many hours in the day!  They just haven’t gotten around to putting their health at the top of the “to do” list.

There are those who, for whatever reason, are just starting to get interested in their health and are anxious to make some positive changes…and some might be a little overwhelmed and confused.

And, there are some who are just plain “stuck” and don’t want to change anything in their lives, or maybe they think about it, but can’t seem to pull themselves up by their bootstraps to make it happen.

Quite frankly, I’ve been through all these stages, and I thank God I’ve moved into a lifestyle of wellness…what a journey it has been!

My hope is that, wherever you are on your journey, you will be enlightened and encouraged by some, if not all, of the information from this site.

I am extremely grateful to be alive and full of joy today…not just existing.  I am so thankful for my relationship with God.  I love eating healthy foods prepared as close to the way God intended as possible, and (here comes that nasty word…toxins) I do everything possible to keep toxins out of my body and my life.

Doing this is my choice and yes, it takes effort but the rewards are amazing…more energy, clearer thinking, joyfulness.  My health and energy levels are great, and I truly feel better now than at any time in my life…the journey hasn’t always been easy but I’m so happy I chose to make positive changes that have had a major impact on my health and wellness.

I am an Advanced Level Certified Colon Hydrotherapist through the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (

National Board Certified through The National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT) which is a nationally recognized body formed to set competency standards for those who practice colon hydrotherapy.

I-ACT Approved School,  Alliance of Classical Teachings Since 2002,  I completed an I-ACT two-year apprenticeship training program for the Level One Training, the I-ACT Intermediate Level Two and I-ACT Advanced Level Three Training, as well as the National Board Certification through The National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT).

Certified Body Ecology Coach through The Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates, a nutritional consultant, author and lecturer who has helped thousands of people overcome candidiasis and other immune system disorders.

Prior to becoming a colon hydrotherapist, I worked in corporate America with my last position being a communications director.  Over the years, I have had many careers but I’ll have to admit I never thought I would be a colon hydrotherapist!

People ask me all the time why I became a colon hydrotherapist.  Well, I don’t feel like I chose it…I truly believe God chose it for me!  …and I can’t honestly say it was what I really wanted to do with my life…at the time I just needed a JOB.

I had been in two automobile accidents where I received neck injuries and lost my hearing.  I had been out of work a very long time, in horrible pain every day and was desperate!  I was told I had permanent nerve damage to both ears and would never hear again!  I couldn’t go back to my profession and didn’t have a clue how I was going to re-create my life. I used every penny I had to put toward therapy for the pain and had to do this at least three times a week just to function (sometimes every day!).

One day when I was in the midst of having a “Pity Party” (thank goodness pity parties are a thing of my past!), my dad wanted to know where I had gone for colon hydrotherapy prior to my second accident. He couldn’t hear any better than I could and we were both talking really loud and repeating ourselves over and over trying to understand each other…that’s when pen and paper come in really handy!

The amazing thing is…when he asked this, the light bulb went off in my head…I could do that, I could work with one person at a time with my hearing loss!  I went in to meet with Pam Craig who is an instructor and is now the President of I-ACT and we both agreed that I would train under her with a two year commitment.

Bless her heart!  As my training progressed, Pam would book clients with me and tell them to look at me when they talked so I could read their lips!  What an adventure!…if someone turned their head away from me, I couldn’t hear anything and I was always in pain.

I was diagnosed with a permanent hearing loss in both ears, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, two herniated disks in my neck, a herniated disk in my lower back, problems walking and keeping my balance, vertigo, tinnitus and the list goes on and on.  I had three epidurals for the pain. Then I started having episodes like seizures where I would start feeling sick with pain, dizzy and my body just went crazy…I couldn’t seem to control anything!  After having one at work I had to start checking out surgeons.

I interviewed many surgeons that year…some I just didn’t like, two used synthetic bone which I didn’t want, one used a bone donor which I didn’t want…but before I could find the right one, I was in the middle of a five car collision…my third accident!  A gentleman came to my side, called my daughter and stayed with me until the ambulance arrived…I never knew his name but I am so thankful for him, his gentleness and calmness…thank you whoever you are and wherever you are!

Two prayer warrior friends were able to get me in to see an incredible surgeon whom I loved the minute I met him!   I was told that a bone spur in my neck was growing into the spinal cord and creating many of my problems.  Amazingly, after my surgery, I was able to hear again…what a blessing!…and I was out of pain!

I also had surgery for a ventral hernia after the accident and since they could not do laproscopic surgery, the recovery was much longer.

Since my job is very physical, I was out of work for a total of about five months…without an income.  When I returned to work, one of my clients who is a naturopathic doctor asked me what did I learn from the accident, the surgeries, the time off…without hesitation, I replied “To Let Go and Let God”.

There is so much more…but for now I just want to say that I love my profession and my clients, I love the healing and more importantly… I love God and thank him for bringing me through those difficult times, for strength and wisdom and for giving me three wonderful children, their spouses and five incredible grandchildren.

God gave me such an incredible gift…the cleansing of my heart, my mind and my body.

I’m excited and thankful for the health, energy and love I have in my life.  I’m very fortunate that I don’t have to take any medications, although I know sometimes they are needed.  I enjoy a simple, uncomplicated life, and I’m always learning and growing…I am truly blessed.

Looking back, I know how God truly carried me through those years…he had a plan I couldn’t begin to imagine…and I learned

HIS plan was much better!

Thank you so much for being here!

      Hi Tahnee,

You’re an angel and many thanks! I know it’s hard to believe, but now there are even more names to add to the list for MSG! There’s a million things I need to add to the site but taking one step at a time! I really appreciate your comments. Late last night I added some “share” and “like” buttons to the articles so you can “share” them or “like” the articles. Love you too!

  • Hi Gail!
Your website is awesome! I’m going to have to hire you to design one for me. You have always been a self starter with heart and business savvy. I often think of you and the years we shared together at Body of Truth. You were always there, no matter where my travels took me. And yes, I am in FL staying in the town home until it closes in July or August. Then on my way to the West Coast soon to attend a Hay House workshop with Donna, and then onto Portland OR for the I-ACT Convention June 23, 27, 2011. This will be my last convention as President and I am looking forward to our new President, Dorothy Chandler stepping up to the podium for the next two years. I see that you are involved with Jordan and his awesome food movement. He is a mover and a shaker and has helped so many. I loved reading your memoir and I’m blessed to know you and call you my friend. Stay in touch.

      Hi Pam!

Thank you so much for the kudos, and I will always appreciate you! In my wellness journey I said “God continually brought people into my life to enlighten me, encourage me, lift me up and move me forward.” You were one of those people, and I sincerely thank you for all the energy and knowledge that you gave to me when I was at The Body of Truth. We will always have good memories.

Have a great trip to the Hay House Workshop (I would love to do that some day) , and I look forward to seeing you at the I-ACT Convention. You’ve done a great job as President. Also, thanks for pre-registering through me for the Beyond Organic Insider’s Club. Jordan’s venture and incredible vision is amazing, and I’m so excited to be a part of this. I’ll keep you up to date about all the news!

Until then, be blessed and have safe travels.
