Quick Body Mass (BMI) Calculator

The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a tool to estimate your body fat.  Just enter your height and weight at the bottom of the image for an inexpensive screening method.  The range of 18.5 and 24.9 is considered an ideal BMI for adults although the BMI may read too high for athletes or those with large, heavy muscles or it could read too low for the elderly who have lost muscle mass.
